SUMMARY:
Regulations of the Board of Veterinary Medicine. Prohibits the Board from preventing veterinarians from examining animals at genetic screening clinics, animal shows, and other events. This is emergency legislation which will expire upon the effective date of regulations adopted by the Board which accomplish the provisions of this bill.
