SUMMARY:

Motor vehicle dealers. Provides, in hearings in disciplinary actions against dealers licensed by the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board, for appointment of hearing officers by the Board, not from the list prepared by the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court. This is a duplicate of SB 206.
