SUMMARY:
Virginia Retirement System; 50/10 retirement. Strikes the current requirement that a state employee who takes a 50/10 retirement (i.e., at least age 50 with 10 years of creditable service) not re-enter service in full- or part-time employment with any executive branch agency for two years from the date of retirement.
