SUMMARY:

Central Criminal Records Exchange; hospital pharmacy employees. Provides that a licensed hospital shall obtain a criminal history record for any compensated employee whose duties will provide access to controlled substances within the hospital pharmacy, and who is not licensed by the Board of Pharmacy.
