SUMMARY:
Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation; lead contractors and employees. Exempts from licensure, any employer and any employee of such employee performing lead inspection, evaluation and abatement activities on premises owned or leased by such employer. Currently, a like exemption is available for asbestos workers.
