SUMMARY:
Bodily injury caused by persons in legal custody. Expands coverage of penalty for bodily injury inflicted upon a prison employee by a prisoner, to include injuries caused by persons held in juvenile detention facilities. This penalty (Class 5 felony) previously applied only to adults held in adult facilities.
