SUMMARY:
Prostitution and HIV. Provides that human immunodeficiency virus test results are to be made available to a Commonwealth's attorney if he shows that the subject of the test has been convicted of prostitution. The bill also allows use of the test results in a subsequent prosecution for prostitution and raises the penalty for prostitution to a Class 5 felony if committed while knowingly infected with HIV.
