SUMMARY:
Elections; required use of mechanical or electronic voting equipment. Authorizes the electoral board to conduct primaries and special elections not held on a general election date with fewer voting machines or devices than the law now requires. The number of voting machines or devices required by law for each precinct is based on the number of registered voters in the precinct.
