SUMMARY:
Lawyers' dues. Prohibits the State Bar from increasing the annual fee to be paid by each lawyer licensed in Virginia if the combined cash balances in the State Bar Fund and the Bar's Administration and Finance Fund exceed ten percent of the Bar's annual operating expenditures.
The bill is recommended by JLARC following its review of the State Bar.
