1996 SESSION
HB 823 Records of convictions from other states.
Introduced by: James F. Almand | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Records of criminal convictions from other states. Relaxes the requirement for use of out-of-state judicial records by eliminating the requirement that the records be certified by both the judge and the clerk of that court. Such records, if certified by the clerk, may be admitted as prima facie evidence.
