SUMMARY:
Cigarette taxes; funding to reduce educational disparity. Imposes a state tax in the amount of 0.5 mills for each cigarette manufactured or produced in Virginia and provides that the resulting revenue be deposited into a newly established fund entitled "Public Education Disparity Reduction Fund."
