SUMMARY:
Workers' compensation; employee election of remedies where employer removes safety equipment. Permits an employee to bring an action at law against his employer (in lieu of claiming workers' compensation benefits) if (i) his employer removed manufacturer-installed safety guards, safety devices or safety warnings from machinery or equipment and (ii) such removal caused the employee's injuries.
