SUMMARY:
Juvenile and domestic relations court judges. Adds an additional juvenile court judge in the second (Virginia Beach), ninth (Williamsburg, Poquoson and York, James City, Charles City, New Kent, Gloucester, Mathews, Middlesex, King William and King and Queen Counties) and twelfth (Colonial Heights and Chesterfield) districts. The judges of the twelfth district are to provide assistance to the judges of the thirteenth (Richmond) district.
