SUMMARY:

Limited liability companies and partnerships. Amends provisions in statutes governing Virginia's limited liability companies and partnerships. Numerous technical and conforming changes are made by this bill. Most significantly, the bill eliminates the requirement that Virginia LLCs have a minimum of two members.
