SUMMARY:

Powers and duties of treasurers and commissioners of the revenue. Allows a locality to sell real estate for delinquent taxes following the first anniversary of their due date if a structure on the property is condemned. Other property cannot be sold until taxes are delinquent for three years. The bill also makes several technical corrections with regard to distress and liens, outsourcing of mailing services with respect to tax bills and microfilming tax records.
