SUMMARY:

Unemployment compensation; filing of payroll and tax reports and payment of taxes. Provides that the due date for employers to file reports or pay taxes to the Virginia Employment Commission ( as required by § 60.2-511) is extended to the next business day when such date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
