SUMMARY:

Setoff Debt Collection Act. Amends various provisions of the Setoff Debt Collection Act to allow for more efficient administration by the Department of Taxation. The bill also adds the Internal Revenue Service to the list of claimant agencies that may participate in the setoff program.
