Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program; board authority. Clarifies the authority of the seven-member Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program board to purchase, hold, sell or transfer real or personal property and to place any such property in trust for the benefit of claimants who have received awards under the program's provisions.
