SUMMARY:
Industrial development authorities. Expands the definition of "facilities" to include roadways which promote access to commercial, industrial or recreational facilities, which are financed by the authority pursuant to a contract with any municipality, which contract shall provide that the roadway shall be owned and maintained by the Department of Transportation or by a municipality. The bill also provides that bonds issued by the authority may be payable from payments received by the authority in connection with its contracts.
