SUMMARY:
Taxation; Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. Authorizes a commissioner of revenue to provide to the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR), for its confidential use, the name, address, and amount of gross receipts or income of any person or entity subject to a criminal investigation of an unlawful practice of a profession or occupation administered by the Department. The bill provides that such information may be provided to DPOR only after it exhausts all other means of obtaining the information.
