SUMMARY:
Infectious disease; funeral services.0 Requires any person practicing funeral services to inform any family or next of kin of a dead body with an infectious diseases whether he will be unable to perform the embalming or other preparation or will transport the dead body for embalming and other preparation. Failure to so inform the family or next kin at the initial contact will be unprofessional conduct and may subject the licensee to disciplinary action.
