SUMMARY:
Department of General Services; disposal of certain property. Authorizes the Division of Forensic Science within DGS to file an application in the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond for disposal of personal property, including drugs received by the Division. The bill also allows the Division to file such application for property it has been in possession of for the previous 15 years.
