SUMMARY:

Department of General Services; Division of Forensic Science. Provides for compensation to be paid to the Division of Forensic Science when an employee of the Division is subpoenaed to testify in a civil case in which the Commonwealth is not a party. The bill provides that the Director of the Department of General Services shall establish the rate of compensation.
