SUMMARY:

Salaries of mayors and city council members. Increases the salary caps for mayors and city council members. For cities with a population of 35,000 or greater, the cap is raised $10,000. For cities with a population of less than 35,000, the cap is raised $5,000. Any change in the salary of council members must be adopted by ordinance.
