SUMMARY:

Fee for solid waste disposal by counties. Allows Wise County (described by population brackets), when imposing a fee for the disposal of solid waste to:

Prorate the fee;

Levy a penalty for late payment of fee as provided in § 58.1-3916;

Levy interest on unpaid fees as provided in § 58.1-3916; and

Credit the fee first against the most delinquent fee account owed.
