SUMMARY:
Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act. Expands the area subject to the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act to include those localities in the Bay watershed that lie west of the fall line. The bill gives the affected localities until July 1, 2000, to comply with the requirements of the Act, except that they must designate their Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas by January 1, 1999.
