SUMMARY:

Elections; campaign finance disclosure act. Provides that the payment by a candidate of a primary filing fee triggers requirements for the candidate to designate a campaign treasurer and depository. The bill requires the State Board of Elections to provide explicit instructions advising candidates how to report filing fee payments.
