SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; wine and beer licenses. Limits persons licensed to sell beer and wine at food concessions at any outdoor performing arts amphitheater, arena or similar facility which has seating for more than 20,000 persons and is located in any county with a population between 210,000 and 216,000 to selling these alcoholic beverages only in designated areas which shall be accessible only to persons who may lawfully possess and consume alcoholic beverages and such licensees must cease these sales 90 minutes before the scheduled end of any event held there.
