SUMMARY:

Special license plates. Provides for issuance of special license plates bearing the legend "Virginians for the Arts." For each set of license plates sold in excess of 1,000 sets, $15 of the $25 issuance fee is to be paid to the Virginians for the Arts organization to support the arts in the Commonwealth. (See HB 1350)
