SUMMARY:
Evidence; judicial records. Eliminates the requirement for admissibility as prima facie evidence that out-of-state judicial records be certified by a judge of the court in which they are entered, provided the records have been authenticated by the appropriate clerk.
This bill is recommended by the Judicial Council.
