SUMMARY:

Youth hunting license. Exempts residents under the age of 12 from having to obtain a license to hunt. The bill establishes a $15 youth resident combination hunting license for youth between 12-15 years of age, which can be obtained in lieu of the state junior resident hunting license; the special license for hunting bear, deer, and turkey; the special archery license; and the special muzzleloading license.
