SUMMARY:
Unemployment compensation; disqualification for benefits. Disqualifies an individual from receiving unemployment compensation benefits if, after separation from employment and before filing a claim, he refused, without good cause, an offer of available, suitable work. The disqualification continues until he has performed services for an employer during 30 days, and then becomes totally or partially separated from such employment.
