SUMMARY:

Housing. Delays the effective date of Chapter 53 of the 1995 Acts of Assembly until July 1, 1997, and directs the Housing Study Commission to study that Chapter as it proposes changes in the composition and membership of the Board of Housing and Community Development. The bill also contains a technical amendment.
