Introduced by: William J. Howell | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Discovery of information regarding the actions of certain agents and attorneys-in-fact. Specifically requires a request for disclosure prior to the filing of a petition seeking disclosure by an attorney-in-fact for a person who may not be able to tend to his affairs. The bill also clarifies the existing definition of "person interested in the welfare of the principal" and adds nieces and nephews to the definition of "members of the principal's family."
