SUMMARY:

Sales and use tax exemptions; commercial, industrial and educational omnibus bill. Extends the sunset date from June 30, 1996, to June 30, 2001, for all applicable commercial, industrial and educational sales and use tax exemptions. An exemption for dredges and their supporting equipment, fuel and supplies is established.
