SUMMARY:
Academic standing and minors' eligibility to obtain driver's licenses. Provides that the academic good standing required for participation in driver's education and for the issuance of a driver's license will be based on certification by the school principal of the student's academic effort as indicated by satisfactory completion of at least 70 percent of all assigned homework and other coursework for the current academic year.
