SUMMARY:
Condominium Act. Specifies which documents and other information must be transferred by a condominium developer (declarant) to the condominium unit owners' association within 45 days from the expiration of the period of declarant control of the condominium. The bill also authorizes the award of attorneys' fees and costs to the prevailing party in a suit to ensure compliance with the condominium instruments. The bill contains technical amendments.
