SUMMARY:
Crime victim compensation. Expands coverage under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund to include compensation to (i) surviving grandparents and siblings of persons who die as a result of crime and (ii) surviving grandparents, siblings and parents of persons who die as a result of attempting to prevent a crime from occurring.
