SUMMARY:
Conditions of bail following assault and like offenses. Provides that a court may order, as a condition of bail of a person accused of assault or violent behavior, that the accused have no contact with the victim and establishes a presumption in favor of no release on bail when a person is returned to court for a violation of the "no contact" order.
