SUMMARY:

Slow-moving vehicle emblems. Eliminates State Police responsibility for standards and specifications for slow-moving vehicle emblems and, instead, requires that these emblems conform to standards of the American Society of Agricultural Engineers, the American Society of Automotive Engineers, the American National Standards Institute, Inc., or the federal Department of Transportation.
