SUMMARY:
Unclaimed lottery prizes. Requires the then current monetary value of any forfeited lottery prize, or portion thereof, to be paid into the Literary Fund. If the claimant was in active military service during the time the unclaimed prize was deemed forfeited, he may claim his prize no later than 180 days after his discharge from service.
