SUMMARY:
How jurors selected from panel. Broadens the application of the current law to require the clerk, in all criminal trials, upon finding the remaining jury panel free from exception, to exercise the parties remaining peremptory strikes. Currently the law states that the process applies only to those persons "indicted for a felony" who "elect to be tried jointly."
