SUMMARY:
Retention of juvenile criminal cases by district court. Provides that the judge who decides after the juvenile transfer hearing to retain jurisdiction of the case may also preside at the adjudicatory hearing. Currently, the judge must recuse himself if his presiding is objected to by either party to the case.
