SUMMARY:

Elections; absentee voting applications and voting procedures. Revises the content of the statement signed by an absentee voter on the envelope in which he seals and returns the voted absentee ballot. The revision eliminates redundant language and simplifies the statement. The bill provides for printing only on the flap side of the envelope used to seal and return the ballot.
