SUMMARY:

Banking and finance; notice of intent to acquire an out-of-state bank. Provides that an out-of-state bank that controls a Virginia bank is required to furnish notice to the Virginia State Corporation Commission of such out-of-state bank's intention to acquire a bank outside Virginia.
