SUMMARY:
Confidentiality of juvenile records. Clarifies that a juvenile's law-enforcement record is disclosable, without court order, to school personnel if such juvenile is suspected of committing or has committed a delinquent act that has met the applicable criteria of § 16.1-260 and the delinquent act was committed or is alleged to have been committed on school property during a school-sponsored activity or on the way to or from such activity.
