SUMMARY:

Hunting with a crossbow. Allows disabled persons to hunt with a crossbow on private property other than their own during the special archery seasons with the written permission of the landowner. Disabled hunters in seeking such permission must inform the landowner of their intent to hunt with a crossbow. Currently, disabled hunters are restricted to using a crossbow on their own property.
