SUMMARY:
Child-welfare agencies. Provides that a child-welfare agency may not retaliate or discriminate against persons who make good faith reports of child abuse and neglect. "Child-welfare agency" is defined in § 63.1-195 to mean child day centers, child day center systems, child-placing agencies, child-caring institutions, family day homes, family day systems and independent foster homes.
