SUMMARY:
Judicial Nominations Commission. Creates the Judicial Nominations Commission to make nonbinding recommendations to the General Assembly of candidates for election to judgeships. The 12 Commission members are to be appointed equally by the General Assembly, the Governor and the Supreme Court (eight lawyers; four nonlawyers).
