SUMMARY:

Issuance of summons or subpoena. Requires the Supreme Court to adopt rules governing the issuance of subpoenas and summonses by attorneys in pending cases and grants attorneys in civil proceedings, except habeus corpus, the authority to issue subpoenas in accordance with the Rules.
